Shannon Radiant provides business communication, customer engagement, contact management and supported third-party integration features.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, limiting access to authorized personnel and ensuring that business communications are lawful.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Shannon Radiant for spam, fraud, impersonation, malware distribution, privacy violations, harassment, illegal activity, security circumvention or violation of third-party platform rules.
5. Messaging Responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for determining whether they are lawfully permitted to contact each recipient and for obtaining required consent.
6. Third-Party Services
Third-party integrations may be governed by separate provider terms. Shannon Radiant is not responsible for changes or outages in services controlled by third parties.

8. Suspension
